Rubber Tyre Gantry Crane with Open Winch
Product Description
The rubber-Tired gantry crane is a kind of special equipment, mainly used for lifting, transferring and loading the prefabricated concrete box girder in the concrete prefabricated beam field. It can also be used for the hoisting and moving of the box girder reinforcement skeleton and the inner mold of the prefabricated plant. The rubber-Tired crane can realize a variety of modes such as straight travel, diagonal travel, horizontal travel, in-situ rotation, Ackerman steering, etc.
It has mobility, flexibility, adaptability, high work efficiency, small size occupation area and do not need to lay the rail which are particularly suitable for beam factories with horizontal layout. The rubber Tired gantry crane can work independently or collaborative work by two units.
The crane mainly consists of main beam, support leg, hoisting mechanism, tire walking and braking system, steering mechanism, power system, electrical system, hydraulic system, hydraulic transmission system, cab, control system, safety device, etc.
